Job description:

- 1. Akademik:

- Kaji, faham dan praktikkan misi “The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP)” - Memahami tentang TLCP kurikulum, sukatan pelajaran dan kandungan TLCP. - Memastikan pembelajaran dan bacaan kanak-kanak diperiksa secara berkala. - Merekodkan pencapaian pelajaran pelajar di dalam “Monthly Parents Communication Book” - Memastikan pengurusan bilik darjah teratur. - Membantu Pengetua dalam mengendalikan pengurusan kanak-kanak di tadika. 2. Operasi Di Tadika:

- Mengendali dan memantau aktiviti kanak-kanak di tadika. - Merekod kehadiran pelajar, memastikan keselamatan mereka. - Memberi layanan kepada pelajar dengan penuh kasih sayang. - Menghadiri semua mesyuarat, majlis, Ta’alim dan latihan guru yang disediakan. 3. Daycare:

- Memastikan kesihatan dan keselamatan kanak-kanak di tadika berada dalam keadaan baik. - Memastikan pengendalian dalam menyediakan makanan dan minuman pelajar teratur. - Memastikan kawasan di tadika dijaga dengan bersih. Kriteria:

- Muslimah 20 - 35 tahun.
- Diploma/ Degree. Kelebihan jika dari Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Keutamaan pada yg mempunyai sijil Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP).
- Pengangkutan sendiri.
- Menjaga solat dan kebersihan diri, penampilan yg kemas dan menarik.
- Disiplin serta komitmen diri yang tinggi.
- Mempunyai objektif hidup yang jelas.
- Suka pada kanak-kanak, sopan dan beradab.
- Boleh mengajar dan mahu belajar. Faedah:

- Gaji asas RM1,500 - RM1,800 bergantung pada pengalaman
- Makan tengahari disediakan.
- Latihan diberikan.

- Bonus tahunan dan kenaikan gaji berdasarkan prestasi
