Halabo Hair Therapist

**Position Summary**
You will assist in providing professional hair and scalp treatments to clients, under the supervision of senior therapists. Your primary responsibilities will include performing hair and scalp analyses, recommending appropriate treatments, and assisting clients with their hair and scalp care needs. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting products and services offered by the salon. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in hair and scalp therapy techniques through hands-on experience and training provided by senior staff members.
- Assist senior therapists in performing hair and scalp analyses for clients.
- Recommend appropriate treatments based on clients' needs and concerns.
- Perform hair and scalp treatments under the supervision and guidance of senior
- therapists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workstations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care techniques and recommend suitable

products.knowledge in hair and scalp therapy techniques.
- Promote salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and
- Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow up client’s appointment/session.**Qualifications**
- Spm or equivalent.
- Age 18 above.
- Language requirements : Bahasa, English & Mandarin
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not required.
- Passion for the beauty industry and interest in hair and scalp care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through hands-on training.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary Package**:

- RM1800.00 - RM2000.00
- Attendance Allowance RM100.00 (No MC,Absent,AL)

- Minimum 1 year hair care experience
- Minimum 6 months achieve 100% of Personal Fulfilment Target within 12 months.
- Minimum 6 months achieve 50% of Group Fulfilment according to respective outlet
- monthly target.
- Normal OT, PH, OT Rest day

**Workday**

Week day 11am to 8pm

Sat 10am to 7pm

Sun 10am to 5pm

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
