Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the operation of manufacturing, including production, quality control,
maintenance, safety, and administrative tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of the manufacturing industry, and is also involved in administrative daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations, including production, quality control, maintenance of factory and lorry, and safety of the factory.
Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Manage and motivate production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop, manage, and monitor plant expenses budget including cost control measures.
Manage customers' accounts and ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
Allocation of basic administration tasks to staff on data entry, preparing invoices, and record keeping.
Order and Maintain inventory of goods and other supplies
Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions implementation to enhance sales and plant performance.
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
3 + Years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on production, sales, and operation management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A deep understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
Experience developing and implementing operation plans and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
Collaborate with Daily processing and Sales performance
Must be flexible working in Klang Valley and/or other states
