Logistics Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with sales & Commercial Team at the factory and AML Hong Kong & shipping agents for shipment details;
- Prepare & issue shipping instruction to the liner/shipping agent, follow-up issuance of Bill of Lading and other shipment documentation with liner / shipping agent;
- Prepare Commercial Invoice and Packing List for shipment. Follow-up and receiving the Cargo Survey Report;
- Arrange and coordinate trucking between the factory and the port. Monitoring trucking schedule to avoid container demurrage and detention while meeting the shipment schedule in safe and timely manner;
- Ensuring that the quality, costs, timelines, and productivity of all services provided meets the required standards;
- Perform routine clerical duties and update shipment status daily;
- Prepare monthly report for the Logistics Department;
- Prepare and submit M1 and M2 under LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) requirements;
- Safe-keeping forms and documents of the Department / Section;
- Checking invoices from service providers before proceeding to the Account Department;
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing logistic procedures;
- To perform other duties and / or tasks as assigned in the interest of the management and company from time to time;
**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or in related field;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or in related field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Can start work immediately with minimum supervision;
