Town Planner

1. Min 1.5-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE 2. Degree in Town Planning is a must. 3. Excellent with planning approvals
- process and procedures with local authorities. 4. Excellent in preparing and draft drawings and plans for the purpose of planning approval (K.M.) or amendment (pindaan). 5. Good coordination with Technical Assistants and/or Architects and Engineers/ other consultants. 6. Report writing (LCP/LLP) /Conduct physical/online meetings with Clients/Consultants. 7. Authority liaison 8. Able to travel outstation. 9. Preferably possess own transport. 10. Able to work overtime. 11. Fluent / Excellent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is optional.
