Qualifications : A4 chargeman certificate
- Duties : Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Assist Maintenance Manager as needed including building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, and projects.
- Supervise Technician team in the shopping mall.
- Check HVAC systems to see if they are functioning.
- Maintain HVAC units including filter replacements, as directed
- Repair mechanical equipment as directed
- Keep a log of maintenance performed
- Handle HVAC complaints
- Walk - through building spaces regularly to check for temperature irregularities
- Check exterior lighting Electrical including bulbs / ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
- Lock / keys - repair and install new locks, prepare all necessary keys and provide keys to main office
- Patrol building exteriors for garbage, sweep lots and walks as needed
- Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
- Report any facility problems to immediate supervisor
- Wear company shirts / uniform during working hours
- Maintain building systems including interior / exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security
- Inspect roofs and drains regularly
- Check contract cleaners work - notify supervisor of any problems
- Other duties as necessary

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
