**Conveyancing Clerk - Minimum requirement: SPM**
- Assist to prepare all conveyancing related documents - guidance can be provided (Sale and Purchase Agreement, Perfection of Transfer/Charge, Discharge, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing matters), Admin/Account clerical works
- Assist to liaise with clients, banks and government bodies
- Meticulous, able to work independently or with mínimal guidance, to monitor files closely
- Hours and days to work can be discussed and negotiated
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: From RM12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 - 20 per week
