Buy with Prime is seeking a Program Manager-Curriculum Developer to build training content for our Merchant Support team.

As a curriculum developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing high quality training content for technical and non-technical learning programs for Buy with Prime Merchant Support teams as new features and services come online. This role focuses on instructional design, curriculum development, and program management. This is not a training delivery role as it does not involve regular classroom delivery of training. You will play a significant role in the training and development of a successful and effective global support team.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop content for training programs using rapid instructional design. Content includes e-learning, reference material, and other creative assets
- Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Perform needs analyses using available data and evaluate program results to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Support and incorporate use of our Knowledge Base into learning methods and strategies; support and help drive knowledge centered support methodologies.
- Coach and mentor junior developers in use of tools and instructional design methodologies. The trainer is responsible for this rather than the CD.
- Ability to work as a independent as a manager for content development and cross functionally work with different teams in USA, Costa Rica and Bangalore to align on course designs and next steps.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
- Knowledge Graphic Design Video Editing.
