**POSITION: EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (INVOICING)**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure timely invoicing and payments from customers by identifying missing purchase orders and addressing purchase order issues.
- Perform administrative tasks related to invoicing, including data extraction and sales invoice processing.
- Resolve queries and requests regarding sales invoices and issue credit notes when necessary.
- Assist with financial and factoring audits by gathering required information.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to ensure accurate invoices and efficient collections.
- Participate in improving accounts receivable processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain records of all invoicing activities and update the database regularly.

**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES**:

- Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ experience in performing administrative activities such as inputting and handling data into data bases, recordkeeping, reporting and filing
- Proficiency in using financial systems and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling the management of varying workloads and effective prioritization to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
- High level of attention to detail
- Good written and oral English
- Ability to use IT systems, particularly MS Excel

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
