Qshe Coordinator

Coordinate health, safety and environment activities between the staff, client, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers and any others. Implement the OMSB HSE system for reporting, investigating and estimating the cost of injury, damage and fire. Promote action to prevent incident/ accident/ loss event recurrence and initiate analysis to discover trends. To in-charge all QSHE matters such as advice / update FM on QSHE committee, be a committee secretary, arranging QSHE activities, represent OMSB for hospital’s HSE committees. To keep all documentations for QSHE SOP, ISO, any statutory, regulations & standards, audit results and so on. To conduct a quarterly Safety Meeting, conduct workplace inspection every month, to issue / monitor Permit to Work and regularly checks on hospital site and maintenance works by our staff & contractors too. To in-charge all QSHE related audits like IA External Audit (SGS) & MSQH Standard 2 etc, and to monitor Operational audits & updates their NCRs with operation heads. To conduct User Training for Fire Safety to hospital & to arrange/ coordinate Fire Drill with hospital & BOMBA every year. To create QSHE awareness among staff, to conduct refresher training on fire & works safety to our staff, and conduct Toolbox meeting on weekly basis etc. QAP monitoring with monthly update of performance indicators, SIQ & CAR that liaise / remind operation heads for their department performances. To conduct any Quality improvement program, innovation program, and any other Special program from management time to time basic.
One Medicare Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 5th October 2012. One Medicare Sdn. Bhd. (OMSB) was awarded the Hospital Support Service provider for the state of Sarawak since its inception on 1st April 2015. The six (6) services that are provided by OMSB are Facilities Management Services (FMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS) and Cleansing Services (CLS).
