The Director of Photography (DOP) plays a pivotal role in the visual storytelling of a film or video production. They bring together technical expertise and creative vision to create a visually compelling and cohesive cinematic experience.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Photography (DOP) to join our dynamic production team. As a key member of the camera department, the DOP should possess a strong artistic vision, technical expertise in cinematography, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the director and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the visual elements of a production, including the camera work, lighting, and framing.
- Work closely with camera operators to achieve the desired shots including choosing the right camera angles, lenses, and camera movements to convey the intended emotion or story.
- Understands lighting and how different lighting techniques can affect the mood and atmosphere of a shot.
- Work with the director, art director, and other key production team members to achieve the project's overall creative vision.
- Work closely with editors and be involved in the color grading process during post-production, ensuring that the final look of the film or video aligns with the intended visual style.

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience as a DOP, art director, lighting designer, or a related role within film or video production
- Bachelor's degree in film, broadcasting, communications, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse cinematography work.
- In-depth knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting techniques, and industry trends.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in collaborating with other departments to achieve a cohesive visual style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and schedules.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for cinematography.
