**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 帶領研發部進行各項專案以達到公司目標。 Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
- 了解客戶對即將生產的產品之要求。 Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
- 決定並採用改良後的科技於生產線。 Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
- 確立專案目標並與行銷部及生產部合作。 Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
- 轉移新科技，產品及生產流程至公司。 Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.
- 研究，設計及評估材料，組件，流程及用具。 Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
- 與各部門合作建立概念，產品及尋求解決方案。 Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
- 將研發過程做建檔記錄。 Document all phases of research and development.
- 維持與客戶的關係及進行'RFP'評估, 應對客戶拜訪及產品試驗。 Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits and Product Testing.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 需至少有5年的'待組裝（RTA）家具'研發與製作工作經驗。 At least 5 years of R&D working experience in RTA furniture sector.
- 精通電腦，包括各辦公室軟體（如：Microsoft Office）及設計軟體（如：AutoCAD, INVENTOR）。 Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point), AutoCAD, INVENTOR
- 富有創意思維及視野開闊者將優先考慮。 A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作。 Able to work in a fast paces environment
