**OVERVIEW**
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kiosks within the Klang Valley. You will be responsible for overseeing both the front-of-house and kitchen areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Travel and Monitoring**:
- Regularly travel to various kiosk locations within the Klang Valley to monitor operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies at each kiosk.
**2. Operations Oversight**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining area and kitchen.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
**3. Staff Management**:
- Train, supervise, and lead staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
- Schedule and organize staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.4.
**4. Quality Control**:
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high food preparation standards.
**5. Events and Promotions**:
- Work closely with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Ensure successful implementation and participation of kiosks in promotional activities.
**6. Safety and Cleanliness**:
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
**7. Performance Management**:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
**8. Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize waste and shortages.
**9. Team Building**:
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Build strong team relationships to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**a) Nationality**: Malaysian.
**b) Education**:Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
**c) Experience**:At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or related fields within the food and beverage industry.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
