Assist in food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
- Adheres strictly to safety & Hygiene Regulations
- Responsible in assisting service operations to deliver products effectively
- Ensure all equipment are used for its intended purpose, following SOP, and to prevent and eliminate waste of expendable supplies which contribute to the overall food cost
- Check maintenance of all equipment located in or used in the outlet and report to immediate superior
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior

**Job Requirements**

Experience working in Japanese Sushi Bar is an added advantage

Attention to food preparation and work areas hygiene & tidiness

Maintain proper personal appearance, hygiene & sanitation
