We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our ICT infrastructure team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of various enterprise networking, security, server, storage, and virtualization system deployment and end-to-end solution deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure optimal performance, stability, and security of our managed ICT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex ICT infrastructure projects. 2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and policies. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide recommendations for ICT infrastructure solutions. 4. Architect, configure, and optimize enterprise ICT solution to meet business needs and ensure maximum performance, stability, and security. 5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of ICT infrastructure components to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, risks, and performance bottlenecks. 6. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of ICT infrastructure. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ICT infrastructure, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. 8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. 9. Provide technical expertise and support for IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets. 10. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth and development. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Linux and Windows system administration exprience is a must. 3. Strong experience in enterprise networking, security, server, storage, virtualization, Linux and Windows system administration, and end-to-end solution deployment. 4. Proven experience in architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ICT infrastructure solutions. 5. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, server hardware, storage technologies, virtualization technologies, and operating systems, including Linux and Windows. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. 7. Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide leadership and guidance to team members. 9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 10. Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VMware, or Red Hat, are highly desirable.
