Minimum SPM & above in administration or related field 1 years related working experience Clerical environment.
- Have knowledge or experience in Quality Assurance.
- Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point).
1. Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
2. Shall update the received PFR into the PFR log book and distribution & return PFR after inspection to relevant departments/sections.
3. Shall prepare inspection checksheet and markup drawing.
4. Shall prepare inspection checksheet and markup drawing.
5. Receive and filing of customer drawings & documents in the QA department.
6. Shall update & monitor measuring equipment log book (in & out).
7. Shall maintain quality records in a proper manner & ensure easily retrievable at all times.
8. Shall ensure all documents received & kept are as per latest revision.
9. Shall ensure all the obsolete documents are disposed timely and with proper manner.
10. Shall assist the Quality Assurance staffs on the data entry and updating.
11. Shall maintain 5S at QA office at all time.
12. Shall prepare QA attendance record on monthly basis.
15. FA Report preparation.
16. Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by QA Engineer /Department Head.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
