Qc Inspector

QUALIFICATION:
1. Must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Food Field.

2. Have at least 1 year working experience in quality control in food manufacturing.

3. Willing to work overtime if needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Monitoring and preparing record for hygiene and cleanliness of production area and worker on daily basis
- Monitoring Critical Control Point (CCP) & report any deviation(know how to handle metal detector)
- Perform sampling, inspection and testing according to the work instruction and procedure
- Prepare daily production/incoming/outgoing/stock card record
- Prepare chemical required by production on daily basis & update chemical stock card
- Prepare foot bath 2x per day and perform concentration/water level checking as required
- Performing visual inspection for retention samples on weekly basis
- Responsible to be in charge of updating packet/carton label for every batch of retention samples
- Responsible to update QA/QC Executive on condemn material
- Involve in audit related to food safety/halal/customer etc.
- Other task related to QA and QC department

Working time:
Monday-Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
