**Sales Activities**
- 1.1 Daily:_
- Ensure sales planning is prepared on daily basis and obtain approval from Managing Director one day earlier.
- Ensure existing customers are serviced daily, obtain orders and deliver the goods.
- All on-site locations MUST clocked-in via Timestamp Mobile Application and forward them to the Company FS WhatsApp Group.
- Prepare enough samples and materials and adequately explain company products to clients.
- Targeting the right market and present product information in a positive approach.
- Ensures to only use company official communication platforms to build rapport with prospects and meeting in person.
- 1.2 Weekly:_
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Outstation trips are performed to serve existing clients and meet new prospects.
- Gathers current marketplace information on pricing, products and merchandising techniques.
- 1.3 Monthly:_
- Ensure to achieve monthly sales target at RM150,000-RM200,000 per month.
- Actively generate new accounts minimum of 10 new clients per month.
- Establish good coordination with Sales Coordinator.
- Performs monthly meeting with Managing Director and Sales Coordinator in presenting sales updates.
**Servicing Existing and New Customers**
- 2.1 Daily:_
- Focus on potential customers at every assigned territory.
- Set an appointment according to relevant location unless urgent orders or meeting.
- Target customers based on location and behavior's
- Ensures product knowledge is well understood prior to meeting new & existing clients.
- Ensure meetings are scheduled appropriately and proper presentations with prospects.
- Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
- Maintain positive & professional business relationship with customers.
- 2.2 Weekly:_
- Identify key decision makers and attempt to meet them directly.
- Understand competitors price strategy to quote customers best price possible.
- Provide solution for client’s business operation. (Expected budget, payment agreements, and delivery estimates)
**Follow up**
- Weekly basis follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Closely follow up with potential customers to whom samples were given.
- Ensures professionalism is maintained at all times.
**Payment Collection**
- Ensures payment due are collected within the dateline.
- Work closely with Sales Coordinator to collect accounts receivable.
- Collection of cash payment up to RM1,000.00 is allowed. Amount above RM1,000.00 must be transferred to company current bank account or collected in cheque payment method.
- Contact or meet person in charge directly for payment collection.
**Document Submission & Presentation**
- Ensure sales reports are submitted to Managing Director every Monday.
- Sales report must be attached with prospect’s business card or company chop during meetings.
- Feedback from regular follow up should be noted and attached with sales report.
**Supply & Logistics**
- 6.1 Daily:_
- Ensures goods are loaded & unloaded at client’s premise at an efficient arrangement.
- Monitors quantity of products are according to Delivery Order during loading & unloading.
- Ensures confirmed sales goods are delivered to clients in a timely manner and without delay.
- Maintains a positive attitude and friendly approach to clients at all times.
- 6.2 Weekly:_
- Arrangement of logistics are completed as per planned and delivered at all cost.
- Assist on company events and expos as and when needed.
**Merchandizing & Stock Arrangement**
- 7.1 Daily:_
- Ensure stocks are arranged in accessible way for retrieving.
- Ensures stock is not kept in a messy condition at retailers and hypermarkets.
- Ensures photo taken during merchandizing site visit are taken in full angle (complete with competitors’ product and price arrangement)
- 7.2 Monthly: _
- Coordinate and liaise with retailers and supermarkets warehouse department from time to time and provide ideas in stock storage management.
- Ensure stocks are available and arranged neatly.
- Educate shop keepers about product info & benefits.
**REQUIREMENT AND BENEFITS REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 2 years working experience in outdoor sales
- Minimum Diploma/STPM or proven work record in food product industry.
- Experience in FMCG products preferred
- Required language: Bahasa (basic), English (basic)
- Proficiency in Tamil added advantage
- Willing to travel and have valid driving license
