1. Oversee the overall Company accounting, finance and taxation functions.

2. Highlight of **critical issues** bearing financial implications.

3. Ensure strict **compliance **with the **audit / tax requirement**, the policy guideline set by Commission of Companies Malaysia (CCM) and Inland Revenue Board (IRB)

4. **Develop and implement effective SOP**for internal controls for Finance & Corporate, Sales Admin and Credit Control department.

5. Conduct **review** on the **legal documentation** impact to the financial matters.

6. Recruit, motivate and **develop** professional **Finance Team**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
