Hydraulic Specialist

'¢ To perform machine preventive maintenance by inspecting machine's parts according to preventive schedule. '¢ Inspect electrical systems, Hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems mechanical structure, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes. '¢ Provide Troubleshoot press machinery problem '“ hydraulic system failure, oil issue, cylinder issue and identify some electrical problem to electrical personnel. '¢ Troubleshoot and maintenance for billet oven such as wiring and grinding head, thermocouple probe servicing, gas value, modulator and flame controller trouble shooting, limit switch, hydraulic,motor. '¢ Troubleshoot and maintenance for puller such as carbon brush, inverter, motor, power rail, saw cutter blade condition, hydraulic clamp, limit switch etc. '¢ Able to carry out upgrading, modification & new installation according to requirement and time frame giving.
