IT Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of the Company’s networks and computer systems
- Track IT hardware inventory and software licenses renewal
- Able to share ideas or suggestions to improve current IT related operational flows
- Responding to any technical problems and requests and offer a solution in a timely manner
- Monitor and follow up with request tickets
- Assist with keeping documentation up-to-date
- Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by

- Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
