**Main Responsibilities**

Provided assistance in maintaining financial records and was responsible for updating data in accounting software. Other responsibilities include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

Responsible for assisting in procurement process by ensuring items or services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions, seeking maximum value for the company including an agreed time and costs.

**Finance**
- Maintain vendor's financial information and database
- Be responsible for the timely posting of AP invoices and processing payments to vendors
- Maintain customers financial information and database
- Be responsible for the timely issuance of AR invoices, following up for payments and posting payments received from customers
- Be responsible for the timely excution of accounting functions such as journal and accounting entries
- Be responsible for the timely reconciliation of bank, general ledger and other accounts assigned to you
- Be actively involved in banking and financing duties and be responsible for the administration of the cash and custodian of funds in your care
- Be responsible for any other office administrative tasks
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by the company from time to time
- Be actively involeved in the liaison with various parties such as Bankers, Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors, Auditors, Tax Agents, supplier, customers and etc.
- Assitsing with the preparation of Board Meeting paper compilation

**Procurement**
- Assist in reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility
- Sourcing and engaging reliable supplier and vendor
- Prepares purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to department originating requests
- Prepares, maintain and review purchasing file, report and price list
- Performing risk assessment on potential contract and agreement
- Track the status of requisition, contract and orders

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month for Degree Holder, RM 500.00 for Diploma Holder
