Csr Sustainable Sourcing Assistant

To assist HR Manager develop and implement SOP for FSC and prepare the documentation accordingly.
- Develop and implement SOP for CSR and prepare the documentation accordingly.
- Develop effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace and community that will deliver agreed CSR KPIs and set targets.
- To plan, coordinate and execute in organizing festival activities, company event, CSR and FSC activities.
- Coordinate and monitor CSR scope; the governance of sponsorship and donations made by the company, fundraising policies and procedure which include providing support in managing the tracking and report on sponsorship and donation for audit purposes.
- Work with internal departments and teams to strategize Communications plans and budgets for CSR awareness and FSC progress.
- Work with external agencies, estate, plantation, smallholder, influencers and vendors to maximise returns on investment for CSR and FSC programs.
- Assist to manage PR and Media activities, press kits, press releases, press conference planning and execution.
- Involvement in internal or external audit related to CSR and FSC, responsible for all audit findings reply.
- Regularly visit to plantations for updating the FSC progress.
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Willing work in manufacturing rubber
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Able to plan and prioritize work with mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Good analytic mind
- Experience in conduct events & be keen on events management will added advantages.
- Familiar in social media such as sharing via Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Familiar with story writing for the events

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
