**勤務時間**:24時間/週5日勤務(9時間勤務休憩あり、実働7.5時間) シフトローテーション

**給与**:
**1) **RM100,000 ～ RM102,000 /annual

**2) **RM130,000 ～RM144,000 /annual

**3) **RM150,000 ～RM168,000 /annual

**◎勤務場所**:Cyberjaya, Malaysia

**◎勤務開始**: 採用決定次第即日

**募集要件**:大卒以上

ビジネスレベルの英語スキル

日本以外の国籍の方：_JLPT N1　保持必須_

**必須経験**:
**1) テクニカルサポート- L1**:

- 0-2 年のテクニカルサポート経験

・Basic skills of Linux/Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)/MS Office, Good to have skills of programming (Java/Python/C#, etc)/Database/SQL Queries

**2) サポートエンジニア - L2 ** - 2-5 年のテクニカルサポート経験

・Expert of Linux/Wireshark, Medium skills of Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), Basic skills of programming (Java/Python/C#, etc)/Cluster and Active Directory/Macros/MS Office, Good to have skills of Database and SQL Queries

**3) シニアサポートエンジニア - L2/L3**:

- 5-9年のテクニカルサポート経験

・Expert of Linux/Wireshark, Medium skills of Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)/MS Office, Basic skills of programming (Java/Python/C#, etc)/Cluster and Active Directory/Macros, Good to have skills of Database and SQL Queries
