TAJ TASNEEM is a company that carries out house inspections service located in Senai Johor.

We're looking for an inspector who has the following criteria for the post:
1.Junior Inspector(BS)
2. Lead Inspector(BS)

Able working at hight ( Roof, Above Ceiling, Water Tank & etc)
Have basic knowledge in the UBBL, Malaysia Standard, Electricity Supply Act
Punctual, proactive, responsible, independent
Has a communication technique that is easily understood by the customer
Can travel (outstation on the Malaysian Peninsular) Company accommodation & vehicles provided for outstation
Have good health
Age 20-35 only (single preferred)
No criminal record
Experience as a defect supervisor is given priority
EPF, SOCSO & EIS
Outstation allowance

Qualification
Diploma of Building surveying or Bachelor of Building surveying

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
