To handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts, credit terms and clarify billings issues.
- To work accounts, end to end (send necessary notifications, barring, suspension, device blocking and managing delinquent accounts as per credit policies).
- To achieve collections targets as per KPIs.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
