IT Programmer

We are looking for exceptional and highly motivated Software Developer

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and develop software module based on business requirement.
- Develop algorithms to analyze and drive decision making in the financial industry.
- Perform system review and propose ideas for system improvements.
- Documentation of program, includes : Design spec, technical user guide and etc.
- Perform data analytics to infer demographic supply and demand.
- Further optimize algorithms through the use of machine learning.
- Rigorous back-testing and forward-testing using the simulation engine to eliminate bias.
- Be informed on new developments in fintech, so as to be able to suggest useful improvements to Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- For fresh grads, this is a great platform to launch your Programming Career
- Able to work independently and highly self-motivated.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skill to resolve problem.
- An educational or professional background in finance is not strictly necessary although it would be a definite plus.
