**JOB OVERVIEW**

**To promote the company and its subsidiaries’ brand, services, and products by designing marketing collaterals and developing creative content via digital and non-digital platforms to create and increase awareness amongst the public and generate continuous business.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Conceptualize, develop and design collateral materials, such as brochure, poster, promotional materials, menus and other relevant marketing materials.

2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for various creative projects related to creative design, including photo shooting, video shooting.

4. Organize and manage all photo assets, retouch photos as needed

5. Support the web content and online marketing campaign such as newsletter and press releases

6. Facilitate website updates according to a defined content strategy and schedule

7. Participate in the development and planning of marketing strategies; make recommendations to enhance user engagement

8. Create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.

9. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, contractual obligations, confidentiality and privacy policies, corporate identity and standard guidelines.

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or in a related field.
- At least, 2 years of proven working experience as a Creative Designer or similar role in any industry.

**COMPETENCY (TECHNICAL/NON-TECHNICAL)**
- Good understanding of advanced multimedia technology including graphic design, advanced publishing, digital graphic/ photo/ video acquisition, and production of GIF animation and visualization.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Photography and video editing in an added advantage
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- A team player and self-starter, good with deadlines, detail-oriented and creative with new ideas.
- Has an analytical and critical thinking mindset.
- Excellent time management and organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT COMPETENCY**
- Leading strategy and development of all creative campaigns
- Perform research and constantly stay abreast of any new up-coming market trends.
- Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
