Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Pets.twentyone. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet store, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day retail activities. Your love for animals, combined with strong leadership skills, will contribute to the success of our store.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

2. Train, motivate, and lead a team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.

4. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by overseeing merchandise displays and inventory management.

5. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Uphold and enforce store policies and procedures, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

7. Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and goals.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.

2. Passion for animals and a basic understanding of pet care products.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

6. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.

7. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

8. Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions and inventory tracking.

**Preferred**:
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

2. Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience as a Supervisor or Manager in the retail industry is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
