We are looking for an effective Production cum QC, to join our active and progressive team, the position requires the successful applicant to be responsible for the overall development, implementation and maintenance of our company’s production and quality assurance requirements for our metal products. Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for planning and execution of QA strategies and procedures ensure in compliance with customer requirement, national/international standards and regulatory requirements. - Develop, direct, monitor, evaluate and communicate QA program to meet the company’s objectives. - To analyse internal & external risk throughout the manufacturing processes and derive a solution system and improvement plan - To support internal, external and customer audit programmes - Provide direction and support to a team, managing and facilitating their performance and development ensuring skills are developed to meet changing requirement. - To make preparation for quality inspection and testing status reports. - To ensure that the company maintains its ISO approval and liase with auditors for annual renewal. - Responsible for carrying out quality inspection activities on incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure conform to specifications. - Responsible to collect & record quality data in the inspection records and reports. - To assist in control of non-conforming products or materials including proper identification and segregation. - Responsible for advising the Factory Manager the non-conformist detected during inspection and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive action to be taken. - To keep track on the rejected and reworked products. - To comply with the Company occupational safety, health and environment rules and regulations. - To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superiors from time to time. Requirements: - 1 years experience in a leadership position. - 1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance Field. - Strong communications skills, including the ability to explain and teach Methodologies. - Strong attention to detail, observation, and organizational skills. - Excellent computer skills, including MS Office. - Previous experience of manufacturing methods and procedure.
