Job type: Contract (8 months)
Job Scope:
- Recording & keeping track of site staff attendance.
- Maintenance of site office equipment & place order of site office supplies if necessary.
- Ensure all Delivery Order is in order and keeps the documents in file accordingly.
- To provide administrative support to Construction manager & engineer at site, i.e. preparing reports, taking minutes of meeting, maintenance of incoming & outgoing correspondences/drawings, filing, circulation and etc.
- To prepare, update and keep track all document list & inform outstanding submittal status to respective person-in-charge.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by QESH system.
- To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
