**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Electronics and IT Trainer with a passion for education and a deep understanding of electronic principles. In this role, you will develop and conduct training programs that provide students with foundational and advanced knowledge in electronics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess students’ skills in electronics and IT to identify their learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans.
- Design and implement engaging and informative activities focused on electronics.
- Provide hands-on instruction using various materials and equipment.
- Teach students in diverse live/onsite settings, including group classes, small workshops, and individual sessions.
- Develop comprehensive curricula and lesson plans that encompass a wide range of electronics topics.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their needs.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about academic progress and specific learning needs.
- Assign, grade, and provide feedback on electronic projects and assignments.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Expert knowledge in electronics and IT with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teaching and collaboration.
- Creative teaching strategies to engage students with varying learning styles.
- Patience and adaptability, especially in working with students of different skill levels.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronics and electronic equipment.
- Fluency in English
- Mandarin is a plus (Add-on Salary).
