**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Handling of CFT request from Head of Departments
- Responsible to handle post-dated cheque, standing instruction and direct debit request
- Sending disbursed hire purchase / guarantee agreements with stamp certificates to hirer and guarantors
- Completion of CP files after disbursement and completion of security envelope
- To relief receptionist as and when required
- Basic handling of loan filing and able to track filing location as and when the documents are needed

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Certificate or Diploma in any field with minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Applicants with relevant experience in financial institution will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn and possess good working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Fresh graduate diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, KL

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday : 9 am - 6 pm

Friday : 9 am - 5.30 pm

Alternate Saturday : 9 am - 12.30 pm

**Salary**: RM1.00 per month
