Masking Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in masking operations within a surface treatment or fabrication environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of masking techniques, materials, and equipment.

- Ability to operate and maintain masking equipment such as tape dispensers, masking machines, etc.

**As a Masking Supervisor in surface treatment fabrications, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the masking process within the surface treatment department. You will ensure that masking operations are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. Your role will involve supervising a team of masking technicians, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality control throughout the masking process.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate masking operations in the surface treatment department.
- Train and mentor masking technicians on proper masking techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement masking procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels of masking materials and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply.
- Inspect masked parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with masking equipment and processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Prepare reports on masking productivity, quality, and any issues encountered.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance masking processes and overall department efficiency.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
