Boilerman Grade2

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of boiler and its ancillary equipment
- Ensure boiler equipment are at optimum operating condition and operate in a safely manner
- Minimize steam supply interruption to production floor
- To conduct 1st level trouble shooting when boiler and its auxiliary equipment breaks down
- Identify and implement alternative measures within the SOP to overcome unexpected breakdowns and to ensure uninterrupted production operations
- To perform chemical analysis, monitor quality of boiler water and takes immediate action when it is out of specification
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance activities and update data in the logbook
- Ensure safety and health procedures are adhered to at all times
- To recommend or implement measures to motivate other staff and to improve methods, equipment performance, product quality and or efficiency

**Job Requirements: -**
- Good knowledge on safety and maintenance work will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field is required - Good command in B. Malaysia and English. (written & spoken)

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
