Safety & Health Supervisor

To establish, implement and improve the company’s safety, health and environment policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment and mitigate potential risks and hazards to employees and stakeholders.
- To ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulatory authorities by continually monitoring the adherence to applicable acts and standards, ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace.
- To proactively manage workplace by identifying potential risks and hazards, implementing effective control measures, and fostering a safe environment to protect employees and prevent accidents.
- To promote and enhance safety and health awareness and knowledge among employees through effective training, programs, signages and forming relevant committees/teams to enable them to make informed decisions and take emergency actions to promote a safer work environment.
- To drive continuous improvement in safety and health practices by conducting daily inspections, weekly briefings and monthly meetings to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and create a safe working culture to avoid accidents, incidents and near misses for employee’s continuous well-being.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
