**Office Location**: Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Serve as the first point of contact for client travel inquiries, understanding their needs, budgets, and preferences.
2. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities to ensure a memorable travel experience.
3. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
4. Oversee the seamless coordination of transportation and accommodations, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
5. Handle any travel-related issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
6. Stay ahead of travel trends and maintain a strong network in the industry to enhance service delivery.
**What We're Looking For**
1. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Travel Management, Event Management, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in travel or event management, particularly within the MICE, Leisure & FIT sectors.
3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
5. A results-driven attitude focusing on maintaining high-quality standards in every task.
6. Independent worker with a strong team spirit and work ethic.
