Dental Receptionist

Job description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, trustworthy individual to join our team. Experience is preferred but on-the-job training is provided.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service & warm hospitality to all patients
- Respond to incoming messages / calls
- Arrange appointments according to enquiries
- Handle patients' registration, record, billing settlement & aftercare
- Promotion of oral health to patients and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery.

Job Requirements
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and well spoken
- Customer-oriented personality
- Preferably fluent in spoken Mandarin, English & Malay
- Working hour: 9.15am-6.15pm, 6 days a week including Weekends

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
