Quartermaster (Qm)

Working location: Wisma Ann Joo, Lot 19391, Batu 8½, Jalan Klang Lama, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Working hour: Mon - Fri. 8.30 am - 6 pm

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
2. Organize and oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of accommodation facilities for optimal condition.
3. Ensure accommodation facilities adhere to health and safety standards, including sanitation, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
4. Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as government agencies, employers, and contractors to coordinate activities related to the accommodation and well-being of foreign workers.
5. Assist in managing the health of foreign workers, including but not limited to facilitating medical care when needed.
6. Respond to any emergencies or issues that arise concerning accommodation or the well-being of the workers.

7. Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven 1-2 years relevant experience in relevant field.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of local safety regulations, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of accommodation logistics, maintenance practices, and inventory.
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
