Horticulturist

**Job Descriptions**
- Plan, design and implement landscaping projects, including the selection and arrangement of plants, trees, and other flora.
- Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil improvement and fertilization to promote plant health and growth.
- Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, grafting and cutting to maintain inventory and enhance biodiversity.
- Monitor and control pests, diseases, and weeds using integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and environmentally friendly practices.
- Collaborate with landscape architects, gardeners, and groundskeepers to coordinate planting schedules and maintenance activities.
- Research and stay updates on the latest horticultural trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Horticultural Science, Agriculture or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year working experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to write and spoken proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate.
