Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Timesconsult Sdn Bhd Full time

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur (Easy access to LRT/MRT/KTM/Monorail)
**Working shift (1 pattern) **:3pm - 12am daily (5 working days, 2 days off)
**Employment Type**:1 Year Contract (Possibility to conversion to permanent depends on performance)

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service & Sales:

- Able to manage multiple beauty brands.
- Coordinates well with other CS, superiors, and colleagues from other departments
- Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding all products and services.
- Assist in customer inquiries & greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and services, and processes payments for orders, or exchanges.
- Prioritizes workflow to meet customer specific timeframes.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfactions
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.

**Job requirement**

2. Language: Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

3. Experience:

- Preferably with at 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work on a shift and rotation basis.

4. Skills:

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organized and possess excellent telephone, computer, written and oral communication skills
- Must be comfortable presenting in front of customers. Experience working in a digital environment.
- Must be detail oriented and customer service oriented.
- Product & Skin Care knowledge will be added advantage.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
