Create CAD / CAM programs using Solid Cam.
- Programming and set up multi axis - CNC for different products available.
- Perform change tooling of CNC machine.
- Make adjustment of machine process to meet dimension requirement.
- Perform first piece and random inspection of part with appropriate measurement equipment.
- Record and maintained the data/ records associated with works are documented properly.
- Working with management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of production.
- Perform training and supervise operator of the procedure to handle the parts.
- Ensure working environment is well maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
- Report problems and failure that may impact on organization or customers.
- Optimize product quality and cycle time.
- Perform Machine Preventive Maintenance.
