**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Provide professional consultation/advice to customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers at all times
- Handles customer inquiries professionally (customer complaint, feedback, product survey)
- Customer service-oriented, assist customer filing form; including contact information, purchases, billings
- Provide support for adhoc sales related duties and any other duties assigned by the Management

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Start on 1st December 2023 until 29th February 2024 (3 months duration)
- Working hour - 11.00am to 8.00pm (6/7 days)
- WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS are COMPULSORY to work
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, friendly tone and positive attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (due to nature of the business)
- Punctual and no attendance problem
- With or without experience (training provided)
- At least possess SPM or above qualification
- Work locations: (KL/Selangor) Midvalley Megamall, One Utama, Pavilion KL, AEON Bukit Tinggi (Penang) Queensbay Mall, Sunway Carnival Mall (JB) Midvalley Southkey, Paradigm Mall
