**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

As a Quality Control Specialist, KYC, you will ensure that Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence and information is collected prior to establishing any client relationship in accordance to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance regulations and RBC policies. This position will support the APAC regions to support the management of the organization's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Account Management (AM) operations.

**Working Hours**: 8.30am - 5.30pm

**What will you do?**
- Provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support insurance policy administration and customer service. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
- Developing appropriate project management procedures and tools for all major activities; assisting members of the organization in the use of project management methods and tools.
- Determining needs and suggesting solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes or systems to support other functions.
- Identifying needs and suggesting solutions for customization or alterations of technical tools to support unusual or new business requirements.
- To collect and analyze information.

**What do you need to succeed?**

Must have
- Degree in Finance & banking or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years recent or relevant KYC/AML experience with a financial institution, preferably in Capital Markets BA / BS or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of local and global KYC/AML, Capital Markets industry, or taxation regulatory requirements (IIROC, OFSI, IRS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Capital Markets products, trade systems and business lines.

Nice-to-have
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
- KYC knowledge
- Operations or Technology degree, background, or experience
- Familiarity with RBC organization, systems, and business.
