Fai/isir Technician

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in technical inspection knowledge.
- Able to read and understand technical drawing, know FAI (First Article Analysis) data reporting.
- Minimum SPM level - English & Malay language pass is a must.
- Working hours: Follow production (7am - 4pm), OT when applicable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conformed approved customer drawing revision in PLM & perform bubble drawing on the part's drawing.
- Perform 100% inspection (cosmetic, dimension and functional test (when applicable).
- Update & verify the results to FAIR (First Article Analysis Report) /ISIR report (Initial Stage Approval Report) with Quality Engineer.
- Take picture of FAIR (First Article Analysis Report) /ISIR report (Initial Stage Approval Report) parts (Top View, Bottom View, Front View, Rear View, Side View, and Packaging).
- Update & verify the pictures with Quality & Manufacturing Engineer.
- Prepares full FAIR (First Article Analysis Report) /ISIR report (Initial Stage Approval Report) together with the pictures & get approval from Quality Engineer.
- Submit the final FAIR (First Article Analysis Report) /ISIR report (Initial Stage Approval Report) to the Quality Engineer.
- Issuance of NCR (for failure FAIR / ISIR parts in the Watlow NCR system).
- Perform part release in MACPAC.
- Update COC reporting when necessary.
- Support IQC & OQC when necessary.
- Perform FA inspection on all RMA parts (together with respective Engineer).
- Support FAIR (First Article Analysis Report) /ISIR report (Initial Stage Approval Report) for: Cloth, Legacy, DWTC, Cartridge, and Line Heating.
- Reporting to: Quality Engineer and above.

**Skills requirements**:

- Measuring and handling of inspection tools (ruler, calliper, micrometre, and etc)
- Inspection reporting
- Technical drawing understanding (advantage)
