**The Opportunity**

As a KIS Administrator, you are expected to provide high quality support and administration services, contribute to the business objective of providing timely interpreting services to overcome the challenges language barriers present to clients and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and friendly liaison to callers, customers, and clients/ Interpreters.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are followed for billing and invoicing.
- Update interpreter database to ensure availability is correctly noted.
- Provide feedback to KIS Manager regarding interpreter interactions (eg. Delayed response from an interpreter, frequent job declinations by an interpreter).
- Provide recommendation to KIS Manager regarding frequently requested languages to guide recruitment of additional interpreters.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with the role's Key Performance Indicators.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- To possess a minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience in providing high level customer service in a busy environment.
- Excellent English Language communications skills, written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- High level of organizational skills and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to manage difficult customers.
- Hold and maintain a suitable National Police Record Check.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
