**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be responsible for the Project Delivery and support activities.

**Project Management**
- You will be overall accountable for all aspects of project delivery.
- End to end management of fast moving projects.
- Manage internal service levels and KPI (i.e. timely delivery of project phases).
- Manage internal project team and delivery processes.
- Coaching of junior project executives.
- Timely resolution of project escalation to/from Customers and Providers.
- Prompt updating of tasks on Project Management Portal.
- Participate in, and/or lead various projects to support the business.
- Submit weekly reports on all Provisioning and Service Management matters.
- Maintenance of Project Management Portal.
- Development of knowledge and skills in project management.

**Experiences**:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in similar roles in resource management or project management experience in professional services industries.
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing and leading a Project team of at least 2 members.
- Experience with fiber and pole infrastructure.
- At least degree in computer science/engineering/IT or equivalent.
- (PREFERED) Project Management Certification (CTNS, Prince2, IPMA or PMP).
- Delivered multi-tasking (at least 3 or more countries in Asia) Telco projects.
- Site Survey: Dealing with Building Management Office (BMO).
- Delivering connectivity from POPs to customer premises.
- Circuit Delivery: Working with Customers\Providers on line installation.
- Testing and UAT: Working with Customers\Providers on circuit acceptance plans.
- Relevant hands-on project deployment experiences and good understanding of one or more of following technologies:

- Internet Service Delivery (Direct Internet Access (DIA), Broadband (BB), IPLC (International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) SDWAN Technologies
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency is a must; a second or third language an added advantage.
- Good communicator with ability to interact and a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
- Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
- Self-driven individual with proven record of developing high-quality solutions.
- Actively seeks ways of improving existing systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
- Sense of ownership to see things through to completion.
- Ability to work under pressure and produce good quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and interact with third parties.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Work well in a team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
