Technical Director

To control and oversee all Company projects, people and ventures. Responsible for the overall success of the company projects
- Report directly to the Board of Directors
- Networking, communicate and dealing with potential clients
- Preparing KPIs of sizeable projects of the company
- Steering the Company Projects in Malaysia to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. Hence to ensure all the projects are constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives with strategic guidelines
- Provide projects strategic advice to Managing Director and the board. Assist Managing Director with the overall executive direction through subordinate for construction, technical and engineering functions to ensure successful completion
- Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting and implementation
- Lead, plan, direct and coordinate with the entire projects team (internal & external) on activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems towards the successful completion of the project
- Keeping track of all the projects status on managerial and operational level
- Ensure smooth progress of company projects through close liaison and attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities
- Ensure resources such as financial, manpower, materials and machineries are managed productively and efficiently within the forecast budget and within the actual budget
- Ensure standards are complied with when preparing for award schedule or appointing of subcontractors or suppliers
- Provide and update policy direction to assigned major functional areas from time to time
- Devising cost-effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of current projects and potential tendering proposals
- Carryout research, measures and in support of ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding company core values and motivate the project teams in believing the company mission by working and growth together
- Developing and establishing a governance system for company projects, programmers and etc. such as goals, major priorities, and advises in the development of strategies and resolution of major problems
- Direct all activities in the field of projects, programmers and etc.
- Evaluate projects performance against goals and take necessary action to address deviations
- Direct the preparation of and present managerial and policy issues with recommendations on matters related of company projects
- Prefer someone who has the capability to counter-design drawing by consultant

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
