**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Financial Analysis**:Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, to assess the financial health and performance of clients or potential investments.
- **Market Research**:Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- **Due Diligence**: Assist in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other financial transactions.
- **Financial Reporting**:Prepare and maintain financial reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Assess and manage financial risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, legal, marketing, and operations, to support corporate finance initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all financial activities adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.
- **Financial Strategy**:Contribute to the development of financial strategies and recommendations for clients and the company.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate finance through training and self-improvement.

**QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the corporate finance field.
- Strong ethical values and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCES**

Experience: 3 years & above

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
