Prepare monthly forecast reports. - Coordination of month-end account closing execution with close monitoring of the cashflow activities - Documents financial transactions by entering account information. - Prepare journal entries such as accruals of expenses and income, prepayment, stock, Incentives, and fixed assets depreciation. - Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. - Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports. - Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. - Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. - Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. - Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Tax Agents, and Customs every year. - To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned when required.
